COMMISSION TOS

Before placing a commission, please go through my TOS. They are boring, but necessary for us, I promise!1/ You must be at least 18 years old to commission.

2/ Payment made with Paypal under USD currency. Payment plan is available for commission over $300; it needs to be paid off in 2 weeks for me to start making your plush.

3/ There will be a non-refundable 20% cost to hold your slot and materials.

4/ Quote expires after 2 months.

5/ Cancellation:
A - If you cancel your commission, I can provide refund if I have not started working on your plushie. However, 20% is non-refundable, and therefore you will receive 80% of the payment.
B - If I am the one that cancel the commission and I have not started working on your plushie, I will fully refund you.

6/ Fully paid off commission slot will be prioritized.

7/ It takes about 2-3 months to complete a plushie, depends on design complexity, size and material delivery. Unfortunately, I cannot work with deadline. I usually update you on the weekend.

8/ I ship from the United States. Shipping cost will be charged after plush is completed. You can ask for an estimate before we start.

9/ I am not responsible for replacing lost or stolen package, but I do my best to help with contacting the carrier to find solution if anything happen. You can also buy additional insurance if you wish.

10/ Plushie will be made in a smoke free home, with 1 dog, keep in mind if you are allergic to dog.

11/ Shannon Cuddle 3 Minky is my main fabric for my plushie commission. It is the softest and best minky quality. Faux fur from various brand may be used for fluffy hair.
